By creating an account or using SmartTrader, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Platform Rules, Privacy Policy, and Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. One account per individual is permitted.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Deposits are credited once payment is confirmed by the payment provider. Withdrawals are submitted for review and normally processed within 24 hours. We may delay or refuse a withdrawal pending compliance review.
Your account must maintain a minimum balance of $10 to remain active and eligible for trading. To withdraw the full balance, request account closure from your account settings.
SmartTrader provides automated trading sessions. Trading involves risk and past performance does not guarantee future results. Only use funds you can afford to lose.
You agree not to: use false identities, commit fraudulent deposits or chargebacks, abuse bonuses or referral rewards, use bots or exploits, or otherwise interfere with the platform.
We may investigate suspicious activity, request identity verification, suspend or terminate accounts, and reverse transactions that violate these Terms or applicable law.
You may request to close your account at any time from Settings. Closure is reviewed by our team and, once approved, your remaining balance is released for withdrawal and the account is permanently closed.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartTrader is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
